Limited Scope Services

It is not always possible or necessary to hire a lawyer on full-service basis. As such, we offer some limited scope services under certain terms and conditions. This means you retain our services for only specific tasks which are clearly defined in advance, while managing the balance of the matter independently. 

For example, it may be possible to retain for the following narrow purposes:

• give an opinion about a legal problem or how it can potentially be resolved;

• do research about a legal problem;

• prepare court documents;

• go to court with the client for a particular step in a case, such as a case conference or a motion;

• attend with a client at mediation; or

• give an opinion regarding a draft agreement.
